Asset Management

Regardless of the number of assets, Forward Thinking’s Asset Management system makes billing, maintenance, and usage tracking painless. From one screen, you gain visibility to all assets in stock in your warehouse as well as assets deployed at your customer's site. By clicking on an asset you can view equipment maintenance history, rental and usage settings as well as billing history. There are several designations that can be assigned to an asset.

Designating an asset as a rental allows you to bill a set amount automatically for a given period. Loaners are easily swapped in and out of a customer’s site always being tracked by serial number if available. Usage based assets ensure that every asset that you place at your customers site is yielding a maximum return on consumables. Easy to read reports help you to track all of your assets and associated consumables and quickly identify good and bad placements.

Additionally, both scheduled and emergency maintenance can be setup through Forward Thinking’s service call module. History stays with a given asset giving you a full picture of your equipment.
