Order Entry

Use the order entry module to place orders in a method based on customer service. Every aspect of this section is designed to enable CSRs to help your customers quickly and efficiently.

Notes History

Customer-related notes added by the various departments are gathered into a single location to keep CSRs informed of everything they need to know when placing an order.

Past Orders

All past orders can be accessed quickly; letting you see what the customer ordered previously.

Item Inspector

Quickly look up information about any item in the system.

Change Shipping Methods

Change the shipping method from Two-Days to One-Day, or any other available method. CSRs can do this on the fly when they need to. Integration is available for Fed Ex and UPS.

Order Evolution

Every action related to the order is recorded and displayed conveniently. Including, edits, route changes, invoicing, bar code scanning, and proofs of delivery.

User Profiles

Detailed profiles prevent unauthorized users from changing orders. Settings include “Show Profit”, Allow Price Changes”, “Change Payment Terms” and many others.

Web Ordering

Customers can order using your website, where they can also access account information, reports and other tools that help them manage profitability.

Electronic Ordering

Orders that exceed 850 purchase orders can be imported via our EDI link or CSV file format, and reports are available to ensure data integrity prior to releasing the order.
